POLICIES
New bookings
We recommend making all bookings at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow ample time for planning. However, we can accommodate bookings with a minimum notice of 72 hours, depending on availability.
Deposits
If you prefer to pay a deposit instead of the full amount, a 70% deposit of the total package price will be due. Please be advised that the deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid with Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle 48-72 hours prior to your appointment.
If we do not get the remaining balance 48-72 hours prior to your appointment, we unfortunately cannot set up.
Refunds
All sales are final. We are dedicated to delivering outstanding service and ensuring that every detail meets the highest standards of excellence
Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email us at Kaydecorservices@gmail.com with your full name, original appointment date, and, if applicable, your preferred new booking date. We will respond to your request within 24 to 48 hours.
Travel fee
We are based in Detroit, Michigan, and proudly serve the surrounding areas.
For out-of-state bookings, the following additional charges apply, in addition to the cost of your package:
Chicago: +$600
Ohio: +$600
New Jersey: +$800
Florida: +$1,000
Please note that these fees cover travel and logistics for out-of-state events.
